NELAI Image Tools is a free website at image.nelai.in. It is published by NELAI. The same publisher operates nelai.in.
The site gives you five browser tools for a picture you already have: compress, resize, convert between JPEG, PNG, and WebP, crop a passport or ID print size, and remove a background. Each tool decodes the file on your device and offers a download. NELAI does not receive the picture.
Background Remover 2.1 keeps a person and removes the surrounding background in the browser. The photo is not uploaded. A passport crop follows the millimetres you enter. It does not certify that a government or a form will accept the file.
